We need somebody to do fairly basic work in our ERP system. Updating or creating sales and financial reports (this could be as simple as updating date ranges or budget numbers, or sales reps assigned) . Also figuring out what the issue is if the report is not working well for example or other system issues, also cleaning up the system by deleting data and reports, or supporting users with other topics. The person will assist our system analyst and Netsuite administrator in their daily work. Needs to be extremely trustworthy and diligent, maybe a young person keen on learning or somebody experienced who is planning to settle down not looking for ambitious tasks or growth. Also the person would be providing some reports and analytics to our users management The candidate can also not be too basic as they need a thorough understanding of how an ERP and all its processes and reports and analytics in the ERP work. However, anybody with advanced technical or finance background may be looking for something different unless they want to change.

Key responsibilities

Role Overview: This role is focused on hands-on work within the ERP system (Oracle NetSuite), including report creation, data maintenance and system support. Financial background (accounts and budgeting) is a requirement. It is not a data analyst or BI/dashboard-focused role. You will support day-to-day business operations directly in the ERP, ensuring data accuracy and providing reliable operational and financial reports. What this role is NOT? Not a Power BI / Tableau-focused role Not a data science or large-scale analytics position Not focused on external dashboards or raw data modeling Key Responsibilities: ERP Operations & Data Management Maintain and update sales and financial data directly in NetSuite Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity Manage and validate records such as budget numbers for example Support day-to-day ERP transactions and data updates (csv or mass updates) ERP Reporting (In-System) Create and manage reports, dashboards, and saved searches within NetSuite Support business users with operational and financial reporting Ensure reports reflect accurate system data and structures Business Support & Coordination Act as main contact for NetSuite-related support topics Troubleshoot reporting and data issues Work with Sales, Finance, HR, and Management to implement system updates and reports Budgeting & System Governance Maintain and update budgets within NetSuite Coordinate approvals across departments Improve and clean up reporting structures and system data

Requirements

Experience 3+ years of experience working directly within an ERP system (not only reporting) Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar Experience supporting Finance and Sales processes Financial background (accounts and budgeting) is a requirement Technical Skills Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) Experience creating reports and saved searches within ERP systems Basic exposure to BI tools is optional, not the focus Understanding of financial and sales data structures Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work independently in a hands-on role Good communication across business functions Why Join Us?
